MOU is employment of foreign workers working legally
Alien Nationals from Myanmar, Cambodia, Laos and Vietnam are required to provide all three completed documentations in order to work in Thailand legally, as listed below:
- Passport
- VISA (Non Immigrant L-A)
- Work permit / Smart Guard Card

Procedures and Responsibilities of the Company
1. Identify the need for our customers to import foreign workers
2. Our customer service officers will meet and provide consultation about the processes and
incurring costs as well as the survey process and the nature of the business. Joint meetings
will be arranged to address the kind of laborers based on the employers need.
3. Legal officers will be consulting regarding responsibility of the company, the three interrelated sections of our company (FWEAFC), and about customers and workers.
4. Signing the employment contracts and to prepare a letter of appointment (Under section 26, according to bringing the alien to work with employers in the country. The licensee must make agreement with the employer to bring the alien to work with the employers of that country. Or must have at least details as in accordance with announcement of the director general from the Administrative Offices for Foreign Workers.
5. Recruit the workers for the employer.
6. Signing the employment contract and pick up the alien workers.
7. Deliver the worker to the establishment.

The Quota Documents
Employer must provide documents
1. A copy of identity card
2. A copy of house registration
3. Company registration certificate with purpose but not older than 6 months,
with company stamp
4. A copy of Porpor 20 (in case of construction company)
5. Map showing the work location
6. Photographs: home or work office (front/ left side diagonally / right side
diagonally)
7. Construction contract and documents of the parties (in case
construction company)
8. Rental contract (if office is rented)
9. The announcement sign to recruit Thai employees for 30 days

To obtain a new work permit
Documentation
1. Tor Tor 2 form (Worker’s passport)
2. Certificate of employment
3. Copy of quota form
4. Employer document (case by case individual or Corporate)
5. Copy of passport and VISA with original passport
6. Copy of Tor Tor 38/1 form (specifically proof of nationality)
7. Copy of old work permit with original work permit
8. Original Medical Certificate but not more than 60 days
9. 3 Photos, 1.5 inch size
10. Aliens power of attorney with stamp duty 10 baht (If Alien does not process itself)
11. Employer power of attorney with stamp duty 10 baht (If employer does not process itself)
12. Copy of ID card from attorney
13. Map showing work location

1. Copy of ID card

Corporate case
1. Copy of company registration certificate issued not more than 6 months
2. Director’s Copy of ID card

Renewal of work permit
