The import procedures of Cambodia nationality alien workers to come to work properly under the MOU must follow procedures as such:
Employer must provide documents
1. A copy of the current adjustable quota
2. A copy of the identity card
3. A copy of the house registration
4. Company registration certificate with purpose but not older than 6 months
5. Map showing the work location
** If one has already attached a copy of quota document, there is no need a picture
of the office **
The documents about the workers
1. Original of Identity card or Birth certificate
2. Original of House registration
3. Official Cambodian documents signed by Sub-district Headman with stamp, 1 copy each.
4. 8 photos each, photo size 2 inches and 1.5 inches (white background, in dress suit)
5. Original of passport (if any)

MOU (Laos)
The import procedures of Lao nationality alien workers to come to work properly under
the MOU must follow procedures as such:

Employer must provide documents
1. A copy of the current adjustable quota
2. A copy of the identity card
3. A copy of the house registration
4. Photo of the shop or shop registration in case of any rental requiring a copy of the
rental contract
5. Company registration certificate with purpose but not older than 6 months
6. Map showing the work location
** If one has already attached a copy of quota document, there is no need a picture
of the office **

1. Original of Identity card or Birth certificate
2. Original of House registration
3. Original of Confirmation document
4. Official Laotian documents signed by the Village Headman in Laos, 2 copies of each document
5. 8 photos each, photo size 2 inches and 1.5 inches (white background, in dress suit)
6. Original of passport (if any)

MOU (Myanmar)
The import procedures of Myanmar nationality alien workers (Recycle) to come to work properly under the MOU must follow procedures as such:

Submit Demand form as a document; see request below.
Provide Name list, then submit Tor Tor.2, 1x Copy of passport,3x copies of Demand form. It shall take around 15-20 days after submit to Department Of Employment
Employers must provide documents (6 copies each)
1. A copy of the current adjustable quota
2. A copy of the identity card
3. A copy of the house registration
4. Company registration certificate with purpose but not older than 6 months
5. Map showing the work location
